The transaction went through smoothly and they even texted me on my mobile the flight confirmation number.  No other site I have used does that and this makes it very handy as you take your mobile phone everywhere including the airport to collect the ticket.

What I personally like about Kayak is that it will look into all possible alternates in getting you to your destination flying you with one airline and back with another which results in flights being sometimes 60-70%cheaper than many other websites.
